Essential site operation

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes ordinary request information needed for delivery and security, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamps.

Symge relies on its legitimate interests in providing, securing, and maintaining the website for this processing. Browser storage used to remember display and consent choices is limited to those requested or necessary functions.

If you choose Light or Dark mode, the site stores symge-theme in your browser. It is used only to remember that display preference.

The site stores your tracking choice in symge-tracking-consent-v1 for up to 180 days so it can respect Accept or Reject. These functional preferences are not used for advertising.

Optional Apollo tracking

Apollo is off by default. It loads only after you select Accept. If enabled, it can process page views, visit timing and frequency, IP and device or browser identifiers, and may infer the company or business attributes associated with a visit.

Symge uses these visitor insights to understand business interest in GEOSeen and which site content is useful. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. Rejecting it does not restrict any site feature.

Apollo processes data as a third-party provider. Read the Apollo Privacy Policy for more information about its processing, retention, and privacy rights.

Apollo states that its services are hosted in the United States and describes its participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use of Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers in that policy.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use “Tracking preferences” in the footer at any time. Rejecting after a previous acceptance stops Apollo from loading on future page views and clears known Apollo browser-storage identifiers. You can also clear site data in your browser.

Questions and rights

Contact demo@symge.nl if you want to ask about your data or exercise applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
